Tome No. 4

Tome No. 4

Further to the Patti Culea Tome workshops, here is Tome No. 4. I really loved creating this page - front and back. The front page (the mermaid) was to learn the technique of painting on fabric and the second page incorporated painting and fabric collage. These are my pages. I'll take a photo of the pages from the ladies in the workshop at our next monthly Tome group. They all did a wonderful job!!!!!

Wow!! I'm struggling with page #2 - do look forward to the mermaid page - and your collage is beautiful. Thanks for the inspiration.

They're both beautiful. This book will be a treasure for sure.

(PS - how is your husband doing?)

Gorgeous! Those pages would look beautiful on a canvas and framed!

How are you and your recouperating husband doing? Trust me- you two will look back on this in time and have some good laughs. The stories I could tell about when I was re-couping from my hip replacement and my husband had to help take care of me- like when we flooded the bathroom as he tried to help me shower while my leg and hip were wrapped in a garbage bag-LOL! Hang in there, it will get better!

Both sides are gorgeous. I love the front with all the detail but the back page is very touchy feely. This Tome is going to be fabulous.
